FIRE PITS and bbqs

There are five fire pits dotted around the eight acre property for your enjoyment. You've got complimentary wood stacked outside your room. Ask Room One for kindling and/or fire making tips, order some s'mores supplies, then go out and enjoy the plethora of stars. There are also five charcoal Weber grills you're welcome to use any time ya like! We've got grill tools in Room One and charcoal and lighter fluid available for purchase.

In the meadow

Sunbathe, stroll, set up camp in our hammock, take a whirl on the swing, or ask Room One for our horseshoe, bocce, or croquet sets. Feel free to bring your own frisbees, picnic blankets, and stacks of old New Yorkers you're still catching up on...

AND OUR BRAND NEW (But 1800's OLD) EVENTS BARN

Built in the 1860s with hand hewn hemlock beams and no-nail construction, we've been restoring it bit by bit since purchasing the property six years ago and just finished the process last summer! What was once a home for dairy cows and goats is now a place for workshops, retreats, weddings, art shows, pop-up dinners and more. You can see a calendar of our upcoming events here and details about weddings for 2020 here.
